Hi, I’m Ayushi!

Lead Product Designer, Amazon Web Services

I architect human experiences at the intersection of AI capability and user trust, shaping how people interact with systems that are powerful, probabilistic, and often opaque. I believe the most interesting design problems in AI aren't about capability. They're about trust - when does a user believe what a system tells them, and what happens when it gets something wrong.

12+ years across engineering and design. My process is research-led. I start with what's actually true about users before I touch a frame. I build functional prototypes in code to pressure-test ideas fast, work directly with models, and use data to make sure design decisions move the needle.

Outside of work I'm training Muay Thai, deep in a crochet project, or chasing the next travel adventure.
